Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original packaging with tags attached.
Return Process
- Email support@gccharge.shop with your order number and reason.
- We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable method.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item. Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for size or color variations if available. If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit or a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 48 hours with photos for quick resolution.
International Returns
Mark packages as “Returned Merchandise” to avoid customs fees. GCCHARGE is not responsible for customs charges on returned items.
